How long can I rent a dress?
Our standard rental is 4 days (e.g. Thursday to Monday). You can extend up to 30 days at a pro-rata daily rate at checkout.
What if the dress doesn't fit?
Every rental includes a complimentary backup size when available. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
No — professional dry cleaning is included in every rental. Just return the dress in the prepaid bag.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. Your deposit is released in full once the dress is returned in its original condition. Normal wear is expected and never charged.
What happens if I return the dress late?
Late returns incur a fee per day (shown in our rental policy). Please contact us as soon as you know you'll be late — we're often able to accommodate.
How is delivery handled?
We deliver 1–2 days before your rental start date via insured courier, and collection is included after your event. Free on orders over £150.
